Southwest Suburban Basement Remodel:
We took an unfinished basement in a beautiful French Provincial Style estate home and transformed it into a gorgeous, inviting and vibrant living space with a cozy living room, bespoke bar, game room, billiards room, home office, bathroom, sauna, and home gym. The challenge was to unite the lower level with the rest of the home above thus creating a seemless aesthetic and feel while giving the owner the spaces they so desired with plenty of modern sensibilities sprinkled throughout. The relatively open floor plan visually connects each space giving the owner convenience while at the same time allowing each individual space to remain defined by use of clever architectrural configuration and detail. Custom design, quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship can be seen throughout elevating the space to a new standard inline with the rest of the home.
