Minimalist Modern Interior Remodel:
We took a severely outdated, 40 year old multi-level suburban home and transformed it into a serene minimalist home with clean lines and modern sensibility. White surfaces become the consistent backdrop to showcase a variety of warm wood textures, glass, natural stone, metals, and textiles throughout. The interplay between natural and artificial light was strategically planned into the design to bring an uplifting experience to the home. The exterior of the home was restored to its original Mid-Century Modern glory with several modern updates such as a new multi-textured "tapestry material" patio and appropriate period style exterior lighting fixtures.
