Chicago Georgian Interior Remodel:
Located in the heart of the vibrant Near North neighborhood of Chicago, this turn of the century Georgian Style row house underwent a stunning interior transformation. With the building being a mere 12-15 feet wide at any given point, we utilized every inch of space to capture as much function as possible while maintaining openess and elegance throughout. The custom crafted kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind and includes a versatile butler's pantry, eat-in island, a hidden dumbwaiter lift inside the pantry cabinet, and a built-in hidden pop-up television at the cabinet near the end of the island. The top floor underwent an master suite addition complete with a large walk-in dressing room, private outdoor balcony, and an elegant master bath retreat with custom walk-in shower. A new custom designed and crafted elliptical staircase connects all five levels of this home in an elegant fashion.
